I have known the principal Rick Durand for 11 years....Durand Chevrolet depicts the 'Poster Child' of what the Customer Experience' should be (and is)!! Also, sales Executive Brian Butka is the best!!!

My experience was lackluster. I had an oil change and tires rotated. Service slip said tire pressure was checked/adjusted, it was not. All 4 tires were at the same pressure I dropped it off with (29, 30, 34, 35,) and I had to fill the tires at another facility after I left. Left me with the feeling that perhaps the level of detail for the remaining service was also neglected. Multi-point inspection was supposedly performed, but based on my experience I suspect a box was checked since the department told me they were behind schedule. It's also WAY to hard to make a service appointment at Durand Chevy. I tried calling, left multiple messages, finally got someone after trying intermittently for two weeks. It's 2024... online service scheduling seems like something every dealer should have at this point.

I destroyed my tire by driving over something- Brand new Equinox in October -the service dept took me immediately and put spare tire on my car as they had to order new tire. Went back the next day and they put on the new tire and did a front end alignment. Great to work with.

Awful, soon after replacing faulty thermostat in my 2019 Colorado, I discovered the vehicle was leaking antifreeze from topside of engine, so much so the engine light came on. I called service, I was told the soonest they can see me is in a week. No other option were given such as has loaner car. Basically they told me its sucks to be me!!!
