We did not have an appointment. The Sensors had gone in our two front tires. They were able to take care of it that very day and even squeezed in time For us to get a new inspection sticker.

Well to have two parts replaced within 2 weeks it was stressful After learning the part can be ordered locally through another dealership instead of Pennsylvania I was upset. So the second time around I told them the part is in stock locally. Secondly the second part should have been covered under my power train warranty since this turbo sensor involves the engine. I was charged for the part. All in all I still return to Durand Chevrolet you just have to be ahead of the game when you have knowledge about cars .

Brian Butka did a tremendous job recommending vehicles and provided patience when a vehicle didn't work out. He along with the rest of the Durand team that I was in contact with, made the car buying experience what it should be. Everyone was kind, patient, and far from overly pushy. I have already recommended several people to shop at Durand and to reach out to Brian if anything is ever needed. My family will be coming back next time we need a vehicle either for work or personal.
