The service was fast and efficient. The waiting area was nice and the counter staff were excellent. Even with them being in the process of changing over the computer systems as I was there, it was pretty seamless.

I was in for an oil and filter change. Service was done in a quick and professional manner. I was surprised that it cost $104.99 for this service (seems a little much to me). I also pointed out that this service was posted as $89.95. I was told that the dealership was now Copeland and the board hadn’t yet been updated.

My previous visit was so bad (3 hour wait with no explanation) that I would have never gone back if not for my previous good experiences. The day before this visit I had an emergency and needed advice on how to handle it. The staff member who answered the phone transferred my call to the Service manager. He did not answer the phone so I left a message to please call me back and told him my emergency. He did not call back! I decided to only work with the service advisor that is always wonderful, Matt Mastrogiacomo. As far as I am concerned, he needs to my the Manager. I will no loner dear with anyone else there! The rest desperately need customer service training!!!!

I just purchased a used Silverado at Durand Chevrolet and everything was as good as it gets. Brian, the sales person, was very helpful, answered questions completely, and was truly pleasant. The service team had the vehicle ready to go as promised and did a quality job of installing a cover for me. I can't say enough good things about you guys.

1) I was disappointed with the charge of $79.99 to "inspect" my brakes. They were rotating my tires anyways, so they had access to the brake there. inspection charge seemed excessive. 2) The day after I got my car back from service I get the coupon in the mail for % off service. Second time that happened.

As usual the service team did a great job. In this case they were installing a 2011 Tannaue cover. The cover was purchased through the parts department. Upon my first phone call into parts, I was told, by the big guy sitting in the back, they could not get what I was looking for. He told me to go to some shop in Marlboro. Guys, NOT a good look for Durand Chevy. However, I sort of knew this was nonsense. So I walked into the parts department the next day. Same guy sitting in the back, with a really bad attitude, I quote… “Didn’t we go through this yesterday?” Again, that’s horrible customer interaction. Durand needs to fix that. Terrible. Now, Daniel, sitting at the front counter, ignored all that. She does the work, matches my VIN # to the correct cover part # and viola’, my new cover is ordered. Thanks to Daniel! She treated your customer the way I should be treated. Especially since I’ve been a customer since 1994!!! The cover is installed, is in fact the original cover and looks and works great again! Thank you Daniel!
